Mr. Seba is a visionary and a serial entrepreneur who has created value in different industries and countries. He is committed to fulfill his customers' needs and is always bringing the best technology driven products in their classes. He has been very successful at targeting large corporations and mass consumers alike. He is a hands-on, detailed and focused CEO.


Over the course of his career, Mr. Seba has introduced various new products and concepts to the Caribbean and Latin American markets. Mr. Seba started his career at 3M, a multibillion-dollar Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for new applications in surgical and orthopedics division. While at 3M, he leveraged a network of distributors and value added resellers to penetrate these accounts to increase sales twelve-fold. Seba later worked in information technology, international trade, real estate, project finance, and business development with some of the world’s top companies, including 3M, Wal-Mart, and Walgreens. Mr. Seba has managed direct marketing, retail stores, import and wholesale of international brands, products and product concepts in the Caribbean and Latin America. He has successfully sold many products to Wal-Mart and Walgreens.


As an international entrepreneur he specialized in successfully introducing new products and concepts to the Caribbean and Latin American markets.


Mr. Seba is now applying this twenty years of invaluable experience to solar and clean energy development.

Johnny Seba

Johnny Seba is an engineer by training and a shroud business executive with acumen for operations, finance and marketing. Mr. Seba has always been ahead of the customer adoption curve and has been able to capitalize on new market trends and paradigm shifts. Seba's interests encompass technology, cross border trade and clean energy.


Mr. Seba started his career at Apple Computer in Latin America where he developed and executed on their first national sales strategy, operation and distribution network. This multi-channel strategy included  retail, direct sales to large corporate and government accounts, value added resellers (VARs) and distributors. Subsequently, he managed a multi-million dollar international construction and energy development project in the Caribbean where he successfully worked with corporate clients, engineers and plant employees, and government officials to improve communication, team work, supply chain, adopt best practices and to drive sales and profits. As an entrepreneur and developer Mr. Seba built several retail concepts in the Caribbean. As such he has acquired, developed and grown successful retail and wholesale operations. Seba started from scratch and built the entire infrastructure of these companies.


Seba managed each operation's P&L, product mix, branding, pricing, HR, supply chain, etc. Over the last decade, Mr. Seba has focused on asset investments in Florida and the Caribbean.


Currently, Mr. Seba is leveraging his expertise and applying best practices to bridge Europe and the Americas focused in solar and clean tech industries.


Mr. Seba has a civil engineering degree from New England College, NH, and Executive Business education from Boston College, MA.

He is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at Stanford University where he teaches high tech strategy, finance and business model innovations.


Tony Seba brings 20+ years of solid operating and strategy experience in fast-growth high technology companies. He is the award-winning founder and CEO of PrintNation.com Seba led two venture capital rounds raising more than $31 million in funding from well-known venture funds, hired a complete management team, 100+ employees, and managed the development of strategic partnerships with some of the world's top companies. Before PrintNation Seba worked in strategy and business development at Cisco Systems and RSA Data Security.


Seba speaks frequently at international entrepreneurship and technology conferences and has been featured in Business Week, Investors Business Daily, Forbes, Fast Company, Success, ComputerWorld, and other media.


Seba holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S.

in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Freddie Seba is currently the Vice President, Business Development at Nexxo Financial Corporation, a venture backed Silicon Valley financial service company. Mr. Seba has held a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial positions utilizing his multilingual and multicultural background. Mr. Seba has over 20 years of business experience working with Latin American and Mexican nationals in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Seba directed a $400 million US-based operation focused in Latin America and Mexico. Mr. Seba's work at large multinationals includes Ingram Micro Inc. and Epson America Inc.; his startup experience includes Print-Nation and Pontiva. He has also lectured at Stanford University's Continuing Studies, worked as a business plan judge at the Yale School of Management-National Business Plan Competition and mentored at the Yale Entrepreneurial Society. He has been a guest speaker at the University of San Francisco and Stanford's Latin American Entrepreneurship Society.  


Mr. Seba is currently a Board of Director of HispanicNet, a Silicon Valley based nonprofit organization created and chartered by Hispanic entrepreneurs whose main objectives are to encourage and support Hispanic entrepreneurship.


Mr. Seba holds a BA degree from the Universidad Santa Maria, a Masters in Business Administration from Yale University, and a Masters degree from Stanford University.
